OPEN ENROLLMENT – November 1 – November 30th

The annual Open Enrollment for County plans will begin on November 1 and end on November 30, 2006.  During Open Enrollment you will be able to select the County’s offered Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, sign up for a Flexible Spending Account (Health Care and Dependent Care) and supplemental life insurance.

You will be given one month to complete your enrollment activity.  To answer questions about the benefits offered during this Open Enrollment period, please attend one of the many employee Open Enrollment meetings.  See Calendar of Meetings for a meeting nearest you.

The reason why this year’s Open Enrollment will be for one month is to allow you sufficient time to review the new plan offerings as well as perform your enrollment online via the computer and through the Ventura County Human Resources and Payroll system.  Enrollment into your benefit plans will be performed through the eBenefits module.  Since everyone will be required to enroll electronically we will provide you will help aids and resources so you can perform these task successfully.
